Projection tool/calculator for gym goers following 5-3-1 programming.
Who Was CNS 5-3-1 is a 5-3-1 projection (specifically but not included to the Who Was CNS 5-3-1 programming) tool with many customizable features. You simply put in your starting date, configure your lift pattern, and plug in your training maxes and the tool will project for 1-5 cycles. It currently follows Wendler's percentages for the calculation of each lift. Features individual views of each lift (by touching any entry in the projection table) that allow you to view your three lifts for the day as well as any accessories you add for that day (under 'Accessory Templates' in the dashboard). In the individual view, your plates needed for that lift will be computed and an image of the barbell with the plates you needr will also be generated. From the table view, you can sort your table with various views, such as only triples days or only bench days, etc. Supports rounding of both kilograms and pounds. Kilogram views use traditional IWF plate colors in image generation.
5/3/1 Programming owes itself completely to Jim Wendler.
